The Student Health Center is run by Optum, which is a long-standing, reputable medical practice that was established in 1946 in Colorado Springs. They provide primary and acute care services to CC students, as well as women's health services, travel medicine clinics, 健康教育, and prevention education.

Optum Colorado Springs is proud to partner with 科罗拉多大学 to provide health services to students. During these trying times, Optum is creating new ways for students to get the care they need through 远程医疗 video visits.
远程医疗 offers patients an opportunity to connect with their care team virtually through a video visit. Our care team can assess and treat medical needs, such as:
- 年度健康检查
- COVID-19 (Concerns regarding mild to moderate symptoms or possible exposure)
- Clearance to return to work after illness
- Follow up of stable chronic conditions
- Routine medication refills
- Runny nose, mild to moderate sore throat, mild to moderate cough, possible pink eye
- Possible urinary tract infection
- Mild to moderate mood changes

Provider appointments in the Student Health Center are available 7 days a week during blocks (see schedule below). To schedule an appointment with our nurse practitioners please call us at 1-719-389-6384.

We are encouraging students who have been seen at the Health Center to access providers through the Optum Follow My Health portal, by signing up for a new account 在这里, select the "I need to sign up" button. The portal is a great tool especially for medication refills or to ask your pharmacy to request medication refills from your providers directly.
If we are unable to accommodate students due to appointment limitations, we work with Optum's 紧急护理 clinics to make sure they receive the care they need. Appointments may be made by visiting or calling the Health Center.
